Press and hold a link to open the side panel, then hover over other links to switch previews.

Watch a press-and-hold open the first preview, then a hover change it.
- Press and hold a link, keeping the pointer still. Its page opens in the side panel.
- Move to another link on your page and rest the pointer on it.
- After the hover delay, the side panel shows the new link’s page. Your original page stays in view.
Turn it on
- Right-click the Instant Preview icon in Chrome’s toolbar or Extensions menu and choose Options.
- Choose Long Click + Hover as the trigger.
- Adjust Long click delay (300 ms by default) and Hover delay (1000 ms by default).
- Click Save.
