Context Menu Click is the default. Right-click any link and choose Instant Preview.

Watch a link open in the side panel from Chrome’s right-click menu.
- Right-click a link on the current page.
- Choose Instant Preview in the menu.
- The linked page opens in Chrome’s side panel beside your page, so you can keep reading.
Turn it on
Context Menu Click is the default trigger, so you can start without changing any settings. If you chose another trigger earlier, pick it again in Options.
- Right-click the Instant Preview icon in Chrome’s toolbar or Extensions menu and choose Options.
- Choose Context Menu Click as the trigger.
- Click Save.
